Meet Michael Dykes, Your Business Coach

Michael Dykes is a disabled veteran of the United States Air Force and a seasoned nonprofit leader dedicated to developing the next generation of business-minded youth. As the leader of VisionSphere, he brings decades of leadership, mentorship, and real-world experience to programs focused on mentorship, leadership development, and financial literacy. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Accounting.
He retired after 22 years of federal government service with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where he served as a Division Director. Throughout his federal career, he mentored numerous employees and helped countless others navigate complex organizational systems, build leadership skills, and advance professionally. Beyond his professional career, Michael has long been committed to youth development.
Through his leadership, Michael remains focused on expanding access to opportunity, closing knowledge gaps, and empowering young people to become confident leaders, informed decision-makers, and positive contributors to their communities.
